Aims and objects of Social Justice Party of Africa (SOJUPAA)

To govern South Africa professionally and ethically for the benefit of the citizens of SA and implement systems that will cause South Africa to be recognised as one of the developed countries globally.
To prioritize EDUCATION in order to create a better current and FUTURE GENERATION in communities. To BUILD the NATION must EMPOWER the YOUTH. To EMPOWER the YOUTH must INVEST in EDUCATION.
To empower the youth through quality Education system from lower level until tertiary that is relevant to economy and to labour market so that our youth is employable without a requirement of experience, because SOJUPAA system of Education will provide experience.
To EXPAND LEARNING INSTITUTIONS including those of the mentally incapable children at lower and tertiary level and make education and vocational training easily accessible to all our youth regardless of circumstances so that no child lacks education and/or training due to capacity and financial constraints.
To create vast ADULT LEARNING AND TRAINING INSTITUTIONS with the system of Education that is relevant to a day to day labour market and economy in order to create a better society. This will enable the citizens who were disadvantaged to have an opportunity to improve their lives and their standard of living.
To upgrade TEACHING PROFESSION and make it an attractive career.
To make schooling compulsory and to criminalise non-schooling of a minor child to parent/guardian/custodial parent of a child UNLESS they provide valid reasons that are exceptional that cause a child not to be at school for that particular period of time. A punishment to a parent/guardian/custodial parent for such negligence will be community service.
To create many institutions with qualified workers to assist custodial parents/guardian to ensure that all minor children attend school and also solve problems of troublesome children towards schooling.
To expand and improve health science learning and training institutions.
To prioritize healthcare workers and expand healthcare facilities.
To PROFESSIONALISE POLICE service with high ethics and knowledge with BODY CAM to curb corruption and also to make the profession lucrative. To expand police service institutions in order to have a good forensic investigative system and good training with sufficient capacity. To improve South African Police Service members who are already in the SAPS system.
To develop rural areas and eradicate poverty therein by establishing infrastructures and institutions for job opportunities. SOJUPAA system of Education will lead to JOB CREATION because of the implementation of SECONDARY INDUSTRY.
To help the citizens of South Africa with the socio-economic issues in the communities. These issues include oppressive policies that directly affect the citizens at work place environment or anywhere in the country; drug abuse; poverty; housing; homelessness; water and sanitation; electricity and others.
To improve South African economy through the new system of education and secondary industries and by many other means.
To deal with the land issues as far as possible through the laws that SOJUPAA will create for the benefit of all the citizens.
To improve and change the CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM. To establish a good relationship with other countries and enter into treaties that will advance South African Criminal Justice System and other matters. For instance, if a foreign national is convicted and sentenced in South Africa, we should agree that the convict MUST serve his sentence in his/her country in terms of the South African laws.

The current system in South Africa as at February 2022 is that, if a foreign national is convicted and sentenced in South Africa, they serve his/her sentence in South Africa irrespective of whether they are documented to be in South Africa or not. The situation is the same. The only difference with the current system is that, a foreign national with the legal documents to be in South Africa is released to SA community after serving his/her sentence. Whereas, a foreign national without the legal documents to be in SA is deported after serving his/her sentence. SOJUPAA will change the current law. The new SOJUPAA law will have a positive impact on tax. SOJUPAA wants to have a relationship with other countries in that, if a South African citizen is convicted and sentenced in another country, the same should apply. This treaty will be negotiated in good spirit with other countries, including USA.

To create the laws that will cause members of Parliament to respect Parliamentary proceedings and maintain peace and order regardless of their different views during the proceedings.

Social Justice For The People

SOCIAL JUSTICE PARTY OF AFRICA (SOJUPAA) is a political party that aims at promoting social justice among the citizens of South Africa. To achieve SOCIAL JUSTICE it upholds the principle of HUMAN DIGNITY enshrined in the SA Constitution.
All human beings are the property of the state and the state has a duty to take care of its property. All human beings in the country MUST be taken care of through empowerment by any means. The current government systems encourage STATE DEPENDENCY among societies. SOJUPAA’S system of Education for the young and old is one of the systems that SOJUPAA will introduce to END state dependency among societies.

Human beings living in rural areas and townships do not receive the service delivery that people living in urban areas do. This is unjust and discriminatory and yet they are all taxpayers. This characteristic leads to a growing population of homelessness in the cities and towns because some leave their areas to look for better life in the cities where the government’s interest is. Of course people want green and greener pastures.

It is evident that the government as at February 2022 dating backward up to a certain stage (unless the current government makes changes), has not been paying attention to a rapid growing population of the homeless people in towns and cities. As a result it has become a normal situation for the homeless to regard streets as their dwelling places without fear. Homelessness leads to a polluted environment in the cities and towns since there are no facilities provided for the homeless people. The other category of people who are not homeless are affected by the polluted streets and street corners in towns and cities. SOJUPAA will take care of all human beings to ensure social justice is received by all. This will occur through the laws that SOJUPAA will create.

SOJUPAA is concerned about the current and the NEXT GENERATION. That is why the emphasis is on changing the current system of Education to a better one that is more helpful to the learners. Quality Education will be a foundation of all the other systems since there will be new ideas through the knowledge received in the new system of Education as well as through research, to make life better from day to day politics.
The current system from lower level until matric and to tertiary up to a certain extent is USELESS because it does not grant the youth an opportunity to be employable immediately after completing their studies. It is so bad that it has created stagnant leadership and deprived them of creativity. The country needs new leadership that is willing to learn new ideas and do more research on how to make the country better. SOJUPAA wants to end traditional thinking among the people of SA and to empower the intellectual abilities through the new system of education. Of course SOJUPAA has a plan on how to do all this.

Companies and Organisations require experience for the jobs. It is a fact that with the current system of Education as at February 2022, young ladies and gentlemen will not have experience after completing their studies that is why many of them stay at home for many years unemployed after completing their studies. They stay at home until by luck, one is called for an internship by the current government. The system of internship programs does not solve the problem. The problem of unemployment due to a poor system of education is epidemic.

A purpose of SOJUPAA to be in leadership is passion for social justice for the citizens, to build the country which is at the verge of collapsing.

SOJUPAA believes that all professionals and skilled citizens joining hands together with their expertise can lead and manage this country better in order to serve and help the disadvantaged group to receive social justice. ALL THE CITIZENS OF SOUTH AFRICA ARE VERY IMPORTANT AND SHOULD WORK TOGETHER TO HELP EACH OTHER TOWARDS A JUST AND EQUITABLE SOCIETY.

Professionals in SA should not be content with the social injustices happening around them. If they do not act to save their country, then who is going to do it?

It is high time professionals, the skilled, the enlightened, and everyone to roll up their sleeves and be actively involved in politics for better societies. The attitude of ‘I do not want to get involved in politics’ or “I am tired of this, I do not want to vote anymore’ MUST COME TO AN END. You are indirectly involved in politics as long as you live, because other people who are actively involved create laws and make decisions for you how you should live in your country. SOJUPAA is therefore encouraging all the citizens to be actively involved in politics to build their country.

A General Statement by the Social Justice Party of Africa (SOJUPAA)

Social Justice reflects a concept of fairness in the assignment of fundamental rights, and duties, economic opportunities and social conditions
Section 9 of the Constitution of South Africa deals with the equality clause. Social and economic rights are included in the Constitution, including the right to housing, healthcare, food, water, social security and education.
The Constitution was designed to heal the divisions of the past and establish a society based on democratic values, social justice and fundamental human rights.
It is with regret that there has been no significant reduction in overall inequality or poverty in post-apartheid South Africa.
It is due to the social oppression by those in authority that SOJUPAA was established in order to rescue those that are directly affected by the organized patterns of mistreatment.
The character of social oppression that happens in the country can be related to exactly what happened in the story of Animal Farm. This is where Old Major’s mission was to abolish the oppression of the animals by human masters and make a better life for all the animals. Old Major’s dream was good. His dream was dissolved by the pigs by their greed and their abuse of power. The independence of animals from the tyranny of human masters did not really lead the animals to a total freedom.
The systems introduced by the pigs at the Animal Farm brought total destruction of the little good things that were established by the humans. Nevertheless, the pigs remained in power because of their manipulation to other animals, corruption and deception. The pigs were very skilled in deceiving other animals, and thus brainwashing them in order to remain in power. Even though the animals realized that the pigs were abusing power and were very corrupt, the animals allowed the situation to be worse such that the management of the farm was disastrous.
At the Animal Farm it was said that ALL ANIMALS WERE EQUAL. That rule was breached by the pigs because of their greed and corruption. The reality was that ALL ANIMALS WERE EQUAL BUT SOME WERE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS which means that some animals were better than others. The context of the writer herein describes this statement to mean that some citizens in the country are suffering the oppression one way of the other. More especially the youth. The youth is suffering tremendously. Gone are the days when there were at least Teachers Training Colleges, Nursing Colleges where our youth were at least able to train for such professions for free and the job was guaranteed after they completed their training. Now, the situation is different. The youth is suffering the unemployment. SOJUPAA will end all the suffering. SOJUPAA has been established to bring social justice to the people.
