The core Values and Principles of Social Justice Party of Africa are the following:

  2. Quality Education that is relevant to labour market and to economy from lower level to tertiary so that the youth is employable immediately after completing their studies without being required to have an experience for a job, because SOJUPAA’s system of Education will provide experience during the studies.
  3. Secondary Industry development through education and training for the youth and adults.
  4. Schooling for minor children is compulsory. This will be legislated.
  5. Professionalizing police service with high standard of ethics, intense physical training, advanced forensic investigation, and body camera to curb corruption, and to make policing profession lucrative.
  6. Criminal Justice system that will assist in saving tax payers’ money in many ways. Some of the systems and laws will require a good relationship with other countries in order to enter into treaties for the better achievement of some of the laws. An example:-  If a foreign national is convicted and sentenced in South Africa, he should serve his sentence in the prison of his country in terms of the South African laws. Same applies to South Africans who commit crimes and are convicted and sentenced in other countries. They should serve sentence in their country South Africa.  But the latter will depend on whether other countries are willing to send convicted and sentenced South Africans back home. This system will reduce the overcrowding in prisons and it will save the tax payers’ money. There are many other laws in the criminal justice system that SOJUPAA will create to save tax payers’ money. Some of the laws will lead to the reduction of unnecessary tenders.
  7. Youth Empowerment and nurturing the next generation rather than making them state dependents.
  8. Adult learning and Training with education system relevant to day to day labor market and economy to enable the citizens who were disadvantaged to have an opportunity to improve their lives and their standard of living.
  9. Servant leadership. To ensure service delivery to the communities.
  10. Accountability. The government whose top leaders are physically actively involved in the activities taking place in the communities to ensure promises are fulfilled and to account to the public.
  11. Transparency. The government that is honest and transparent about the taxpayers’ money.
  12. Human dignity. To ensure all human beings are treated fairly with respect and compassion by the government. To listen to their social complaints and attend to solve same as soon as possible.
  13. Creativity: The government leaders that are creative in how to rise economy in the country.
  14. The government leadership comprised of professionals and qualified people with expertise.
  15. The government leadership comprised of relevant people for the positions.
  16. The government leadership that is willing to learn new positive ideas from the well developed countries.
  17. The government that is concerned about the environment in the cities and towns as well as in communities. This also includes infrastructures that will provide clean water and sanitation.
  18. The government that treats people equally. People living in rural areas and townships to equally receive good service delivery.

The Vision of Social Justice Party of Africa (SOJUPAA)

  • SOJUPAA endeavours to create a better living environment in societies, educated society, stable economy and to cause South Africa to be globally recognized as a developed country with good currency and to attract investors. SOJUPAA wishes to export commodities of value to other countries.
  • Africa is considered a poor continent. This is strange because Africa has so much resources – primary industries. But it is unable to do secondary industry. Developed countries like Japan, South Korea, China, United States, Germany, Russia, United Kingdom, Singapore, Israel, Switzerland, etc. are very good at secondary industry and are rated well developed countries globally. The vision of SOJUPAA is to strive to have South Africa competing with one of the aforementioned countries. This is important only if the system of Education can change to match that which enables the generation of South Africa to be able to invent and manufacture their original products.
  • Some of the well developed countries take the resources from Africa, manufacture merchandise, sell such merchandise to Africa with high cost. Why can’t African countries, use their resources to manufacture commodities that are relevant to labor market? The only sensible answer is ‘because the education system does not empower the citizens of Africa to be able to manufacture merchandise that will be useful even to the countries abroad’. The education system teaches dependency on other countries in terms of the merchandise of value like motor vehicles industry, machinery, etc.
  • African countries MUST work together and be productive with its resources and be able to export their merchandise to other countries abroad. Citizens of African continent MUST earn respect too to citizens of the countries abroad.
  • One of the reasons citizens of other African countries consider South Africa as a better place with greener pastures is because of its currency. If one takes the rand to another African country with the currency lower than the rand, when the rand is converted to the currency of that particular country, it gains more value. It is the same as South Africans in USA.  When they bring dollars to South Africa, when converted into rand it gains more value.
  • For instance, someone with fifty thousand dollars when coming to South Africa they are able to purchase a good house cash in the suburbs. On the other hand, if someone from South Africa goes to one of the neighboring countries where their currency is lower, they are able to buy a house cash in such countries because the fifty thousand rand has more value in their country.  Whereas, with the fifty thousand rand in South Africa one cannot purchase a house cash in suburban areas.
  • On the other hand, some citizens come to South Africa with their products for business purposes because this country lacks variety of commodities pleasant to the citizens. That is why Chinese products are popular to the citizens of South Africa.
  • Therefore, if South Africa can have good, ethical, and professional leadership, it could do better.
  • Only human beings can create good living environment in their countries if they apply their minds broadly. Africans should delete the mentality of considering other countries abroad as the best places for greener pastures. We, Africans should develop our countries and be proud of our African continent.
